Not sure. How this device we are living within works. The body. I have been trying to go back to my normal chin ups routine of 10 times in one go. No . Max 5. Today is a sunny day and I’m walking around Tokyo and now in one of my favourite playgrounds , Tennozu Isle. Of course, I visited “my” gym I discovered 15 years ago when I stayed nearby. Weather fresh and sunny, ducks swimming and nodding with encouragement, people murmuring quietly.


OK. Let’s try.
I could make 10 chin ups. Witnessed this before. Mind, when happy and relaxed, gives you more power.
Chin ups aside. It is important to tune yourself to being happy and relaxed before doing any big task. How to tune ? Early morning cardio or yoga , cold and hot shower, long swim, meditation, talking to your dog. Whatever. You know better what works for you.
Then you can celebrate the achievement. If any. And may be a different style..

So, I think when the body is not happy , use your mind to cheer it up by looking at the positives around you. Always are. And when the mind is not happy , exercise your body to your max. Or walk outside, look at the homeless creatures like pigeons. Do they complain? May be…
Sometimes body wants to do nothing. Never happened to me, but also works.
Talking with your body, as a friend , is important. Sounds crazy, but works.
